What it's all about (not Alfie)

So many hours, books, notes, outlines.. For what? The secret glory of a long distance runner. In a way that is.

This is a site to help the review-challenged -- to make up one's mind to take or not the bar exam. It matters because only about 1 in 5 pass the exam, and you don't want to be among the 4.

The disputable presumption is that the examinee can think and write clearly in English.

The remaining question of fact is whether the examinee can almost-instantly recall the necessary legal concepts, doctrines, and legal rules from statutes and case law. Necessary to pass the bar exam, that is.
